What's up, fragrance fam!

It's been one hell of a week but we're here, never missing out on our favorite part. Got something cooking and trust me, this one's worth the read.

Kayali posted a fake fragrance called Kitten Musk | 41 as an April Fool's joke in 2025. The community immediately went crazy for it. Comments, DMs, requests. So many that Mona Kattan actually went and made it.

That's not a small thing. Most brands ignore that kind of feedback. Kayali built a whole fragrance around it.

The result is Boujee Kitty Caramel Milk | 22. Salted caramel and coconut up top, white chocolate and marshmallow in the middle, caramel santal and soft musk underneath. Three layers of caramel from open to dry down. It's a lot. It's supposed to be.

The name is playful, and the scent follows through. Sweet, fun, and made for anyone who likes fragrances that don’t need to be serious. The number 22 isn't random either. It took 22 rounds of formulation to get the juice exactly right!

Start with the $32 10ml if you're on the fence. Dropping tomorrow at Sephora and on Kayali's website!

Three more worth knowing about this week:

Fresh bergamot, spicy pink pepper, sweet plum, and a smooth caramel sandalwood drydown. Unisex, effortless, and addictive.

Selene & Nyx by Velixir Parfums

One for the day, one for the night.

Selene keeps it fresh and floral. Nyx turns warm, smoky, and inviting. It’s hard to go wrong with either.

Alright, where do you stand on sweet fragrances?

  • Full gourmand, I want to smell like dessert!

  • Sweet is fine but I need something to balance it

  • Only in fall and winter, not summer

  • Hard pass, not my vibe at all

Drop a reply too if you're planning to grab the Kayali tomorrow. I want your first impressions!
