Happy Hump Day squad!
Yesterday, I had a chance to interview the iconic actor Brendan Fraser and the cast of Pressure, the new D-Day movie. Go check it out when it drops! Can you guess what fragrance I wore?
Baccarat Rouge 540 with a hint of Afnan Supremacy Collector’s Edition!
Okay, for this week - a quick hit of the newest fragrance releases is making noise right now! From a new Jimmy Choo banger to Rasasi absolutely flooding the market with new Hawas flankers.
Jimmy Choo finally gave the Man line a true Parfum concentration and this might be the smoothest release yet.
Notes
Top: Bergamot, Black Pepper
Heart: Lavender, Orange Blossom
Base: Ambery Woods, Patchouli
The Vibe
Woody spicy with a smooth, grown-man energy. Peppery, clean, slightly warm, but not overloaded with sweetness. It reminds me of YSL MYSLF, very close to it!
Who It’s For
The guy who always looks put together without looking like he tried. Slick coat, clean sneakers, effortless confidence.
What People Are Saying
Some fragrance fans are calling it one of the most mass-appealing Jimmy Choo releases yet, comparing the addictive quality to fragrances like MYSLF and Gucci Guilty Love Edition.
Others love that it skips the usual “vanilla overload” route and feels fresher and more refined than many modern designer releases.
On the flip side, some critics think it smells too familiar and not unique enough for the price point.
My Take
I grabbed it yesterday after the interview and I love it! Check out my video on it.
Rasasi Hawas: The 2026 Expansion 🌊
Rasasi clearly isn’t slowing down. The Hawas line keeps growing, and this year they dropped several new flankers with very different personalities.
Notes
Top: Bergamot, Ginger, Apple
Heart: Spicy Notes
Base: Woody Notes, Amber
The Vibe
Energetic woody-spicy scent with a sharp, punchy opening. Loud in a good way.
Notes
Top: Mugwort, Coconut, Lavender, Cardamom, Carrot, Bergamot
Heart: Orris, Jasmine, Freesia, Lily
The Vibe
Creamy-spicy with a slightly floral smoothness underneath. Coconut and carrot together is definitely a bold move.
Notes
Top: Pineapple, Grapefruit, Apple, Lemon
Heart: Leather, Oud, Saffron, Raspberry
Base: Patchouli, Amber, Moss, Caramel
The Vibe
Big, attention-grabbing fruity woods with a rich leather-oud backbone. Not subtle whatsoever.
Hawas Chrome 🌊

Notes
Top: Yellow Fruits, Peach, Orange
Heart: Water Fruits, Mango, Passion Fruit
Base: Amber, Vanilla, Musk
The Vibe
Fresh aquatic-fruity with tropical vacation energy. Probably the easiest warm-weather wear of the new lineup.
Hawas Glitz ✨ (Women)

Notes
Top: Bergamot, Nut, Pear
Heart: Ambery Notes, Geranium, Orange Blossom, Orris, Rose
Base: Caramel, Musk, Powdery Notes, Sandalwood, Vanilla
The Vibe
Soft, cozy, fruity sweetness with a powdery cashmere feel.

Tip of the Week 💡
If a fragrance disappears quickly on your skin, don’t immediately blame performance.
You might just be going noseblind, especially with ambroxan-heavy scents.
Sometimes you smell it less because it’s working.
That’s it for this week’s edition of The Scent Dealer’s Notes.
If you enjoyed this one, forward it to a friend who’s starting their fragrance journey or someone who always asks, “What cologne/perfume should I buy?”
See you next week,
